World Famous Hero

 Edmund Hillary (born 1919) died (2008) age 88 that he. How he died (heart failure) kids Peter, Sarah, Belinda. Sarah and Belinda and Edmund's wife died in a plane crash coming to visit Edmund sir Edmund was a beekeeper for 5 years. Ed was conscripted to RNZAF in 1943 Sir Edmund Hillary is on the $5 note. Edmund spent a lot of his life helping the Sherpa people of Nepal with a trust he founded called The Himalayan Trust. But this put that to the side and let me tell you a story about a guy called Sir Edmund Hillary. 20 of July 1919 a hero was born and the name was Hillary he was a shy boy but he likes to climbs mountains when he was a teen nature he still climbs mountains no surprise but when he was in wwll he walked to the nearest mountain and after he climbed the mountain he biked back to camp then 2 years later he quit his job. At the army, so he could climb mountains but his job was a beekeeper for 5 years than the. British sead to Edmund Hillary “you can climb mt Everest” and Ed sead “wow really” “yep in 2 years” “ok” 2 years later then ar hero whet to mt Everest and climbed mt Everest. Then he quit he went to bee a beekeeper for a another 5 years then jump back to climb mt Everest his shepid is Tenzing Norgay they climbed mt Everest

Cross Country

 Cross Country Reflection 2020

This year I participated in the NPS Cross Country held at school on the Ngatea Domain. I ran in the 9 age group.

I am most proud of not coming last this time it made my mum and dad happy but I did come 3 to last.

I think my effort towards our training at school was good. I got better at Cross Country, thank you teachers.

I showed the Learning Power of Resilience by pushing myself to do better.

Whetu Term 2 2020 reflection

My Term 2, 2020 Reflection

The new learning activity that I have enjoyed the most this term is study ladder because it tells you good work, even if you get one correct.


Something that has challenged me this term has been completing the number of the day. My mind doesn’t focus well because I find it hard.


The Whetu Challenge I enjoyed the most was the tower because it was hard to make the tower stay in one place.


The opt-in workshop I enjoyed the most was PE and art because PE is good for you.

An aim I have for my learning is to learn more division because on ttrockstar I have divided by all the time and I need to practice.

This is my Matariki jigsaw. I found popularity jigsaw piece the hardest because it made me think a lot more. I liked drawing the kite because it is easy. I think that my work is a shooting star.
